|Recommended: YesClean — When I got to my unit, it was not the cleanest. There are two very noticeable stains on the carpet, drywall dust all over the counters and the floor in kitchen and bathroom. I am missing a piece to the blinds in the living room. The washer has like blue fabric softener all over the top inside of the washer. All the vents are covered in dust....

|Recommended: YesDecent Place — The apartments are beautiful, with plenty of space. The pool area is great when it's warm out We can hear our upstairs neighbors most days, the sound proofing isn't very good. The leasing office tried to stick an 18 monthly charge on our rent that I didn't notice at first, but my roommate did. I think it's extremely shady of them to do so.

|Recommended: YesDecent — Stuff has been stolen from me and the staff leaves before closing hours when I need something and I can’t get a hold of them due to me being away at work and not getting back till 5 30… sucks it’s like that
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating it must be. We want to clarify that our office is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM. On occasion, we have staff meetings that may affect our availability, and sometimes there’s only one staff member in the office who may need to step out for a tour or assist with a move-in. We always strive to respond to all resident inquiries in a timely manner, and if a call goes unanswered, we encourage you to leave a voicemail so we can return your call as soon as possible.
We are also sorry to hear about the thefts you mentioned. Please know that we were unaware of this issue and take such matters very seriously. Unfortunately, we are not in control of USPS or what delivery services place into our lockers, but we will certainly look into the situation further.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll work hard to improve in these areas moving forward.
|Recommended: YesWe love Sycamore — My husband and I moved here about a year ago and it has been the perfect spot for this chapter of life. We have felt safe in this community, appreciate the amenities, and feel like the staff is helpful every time we talk to them. We haven't had any maintenance issues or living concerns. The location is great being next to the highway and Handles ice cream We have loved exploring the area of Hilliard and have fallen in love with this side of town.

|Recommended: YesHaley Huber Devon Vogt — I don't know where you found these two staff members, but whomever found them really really lucked up. These two staff members are awesome. Both Haley and Devon have beautiful spirits and are 100 about business. When they say they're going to get it done they get it done. If you're have a bad day once you walk into them doors of the office, their spirits alone make just makes your day better. From the very first time I talked to these two, I just knew I would love living here
