The noise levels for the past couple of months has been on the very loud side.

|Recommended: NoYou take the good, you take the bad. It's the facts of life. — There is lots of highway noise. Also, the electricity is expensive, double normal prices. Parking is limited. Trash sometimes overflows because residents are to lazy to throw their bags all the way in the compactor. There is no usable green space anywhere.
The club house and pool are great. The office staff are awesome. Units are pretty good.
